How it works
- Ask your case worker to register your family by Friday, November 6.
- Watch for a postcard in the mail after Tuesday, November 10. It is your voucher.
- Bring the postcard on pickup day. You must have it to receive your turkey and trimmings.
No postcard? Go to Client Services at the York Expo Center on pickup day.

Who we serve
We serve York City and the towns around it, primarily in the York City, Central York, York Suburban, and Eastern York school districts.
Not sure of the school district? Call Catholic Harvest Food Pantry at 717-846-8571.
Families in Dover, Hanover, Thomasville, Spring Grove, East Berlin, Abbottstown, New Oxford, Dillsburg, Wellsville, Etters, Lewisberry, and York Haven are served by New Hope Ministries, closer to home.
What you will receive
Pickup
Driving? Enter the York Expo Center at the Highland Avenue gate.
Walking? Use the Market Street pedestrian entrance at Memorial Hall.
Delivery
Delivery is for families with a disability or without reliable transportation, whether they live in a housing facility, a house, or an apartment.
Deliveries go out Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 22. Ask your case worker to register you for delivery by Friday, October 30.
Missed the weekend?
Come to the York Expo Center, Memorial Hall, on Monday, November 23, 9am to 2pm.
